One of the many advantages of attending a GEMS Education School is the opportunity to participate in a wide range of extra-curricular activities. There are so many different sporting, academic and artistic options on offer that children can always find something of interest. Our extra-curricular activities are designed to embellish the curriculum and to complement the all-round development of our pupils.

These activities result in increased confidence and foster good teamwork and co-operation, which in turn bring real benefits to overall achievement.

School Production

The Royal Dubai School production is a huge event in the academic year. Students are assigned roles and have the opportunity to develop their signing and acting skills.

Activities

These activities are held in world-class facilities, which can be viewed in our facilities section of this website. We offer an extensive extra-curricular programme, giving students the opportunity to experience a broad range of sports, so that they can find an activity that captures their interest.

The activities available to them may depend on the year group and how number of spaces available.

Please note there will be no late bus provision for children who attend after school activities. If your child is a bus user, please remember to inform your bus driver of the days your child will attend clubs so this does not cause unnecessary delay to the bus departure.
