Michaela Bullock
Assistant Principal InclusionMichaela is delighted to have had the pleasure of working with RDS families since September 2019. After growing up in Saudi Arabia Michaela is thrilled to have the opportunity to live and work in the Middle East.
Originally from a city called Milton Keynes in the South of England and having completed her degree in Child Psychology at the University of Durham and Primary Teaching degree in Milton Keynes she began teaching. Michaela has over 15 years’ experience in the field of education and has worked in a range of schools in Uk within several different leadership positions. She was a SENCO in UK for over 11 years and has worked with a range of different needs, supporting staff and families to breakdown learning barriers to ensure progression in learning.
After completing a range of further education courses, including a Masters in Education and SENCO standards there is one quote that resonates through all we do.

Since working at RDS Michaela has had the pleasure to lead a fabulous team to develop practice so RDS is compliant and in line with inclusion framework. Working with parents, staff and children to ensure inclusion is embedded through everything we do.
